Spring celebration of learning!
In science, we have been learning about animals and how they change over time. We have been observing ducklings as they develop from eggs into hatchlings and then into young ducklings. We have really enjoyed watching them grow.
We have been learning about castles in history and who built them. As part of this, we explored William the Conqueror and the castles he built to protect his throne, including Windsor Castle. We also studied the key features of castles and considered why they were built in particular locations. We had a brilliant time on our school trip to Windsor Castle and were able to spot all the features we had learnt about in class!
