Ashford Park is committed to safeguarding young children and expect staff, visitors and volunteers to share this commitment.
"The school is strongly inclusive and equal opportunities are well promoted. Discrimination is not tolerated. The school's welcoming and positive atmosphere underpins good teaching and behaviour."
What a week of learning at APPS! Year 6 visited the Lincolnsfield Centre, supporting the children's understanding of 'A Child's War'; & our EYFS children enjoyed their 'Handa's Surprise' workshop, to develop their learning through their ILP, 'Why do zebras have stripes?'
Year 1 had a ROARING Friday when visited by Sophie T Rex! The children thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity of becoming young paleontologists, discovering and researching dinosaur fossils from around the World https://t.co/SwWtY7MVvU
We hope that you find the Spring term year group newsletters informative & that you can reminisce with your children about the autumn term. Please take a look at our school website, as there is lots of information about each year group that you may find useful
The children have returned to school, wearing smiles from ear to ear! Welcome back and thank you for ensuring that the children are equipped and ready for the exciting spring term, including a winter PE kit in preparation for any inclement weather.
