In maths we have been learning all about measurement. We learnt what standard and non-standard units of measure are and were able to measure and weigh different objects using both. We found out that the mass of the Fox in Fox Class is 155 cubes! Badger Class loved measuring Mrs Salley, who was 78 cubes long!

 

In DT we learnt about where food comes from and the importance of healthy eating, also linked to our 'healthy me' topic in PSHE. We created our own smoothie recipes and followed these to make our own smoothies. We loved tasting them! We then evaluated how successful our recipes were and what we would change next time!
