Celebration of Learning
In maths, we have been learning how to calculate the perimeter of different shapes. We enjoyed using string to measure around the edges of shapes before carefully measuring the length with a ruler and adding the sides together to find the total perimeter.
In art, we studied the artist Alberto Giacometti and explored his sculptural work. We designed our own sculptures first, before using wire and clay to carefully create our own models inspired by his style.
